Mr. Papa,
Please tell me if it is possible to transition my SimplePress forum to somewhere else. Please give me some guidance on how to proceed?
I need to know if migrating my forum data is even possible. If it isn't, do you have any advice on how I should proceed?
I just completed redesigning the SimplePress forum at the request of my organization's BoD. However, I discovered yesterday that SimplePress was shutting down operation's August 1st, due to the developers' retiring,

It's absolutely possible though would require an importer... An each importer would be unique to the forum software you wanted to move too There is no universal importer or exporter...
There are services which can move between forums (such as https://gconverters.com) which do this, albeit for a few. They have written.tbose various importers..
I woukd also check the forum sw you want to use as it may have an importer from simple press At one time bbpress and wp forum had such things... Others may too But been years since I have checked..
