Some fields in sp-form-global-options.php with language conditional tag "sp_text" are not getting translated while they are present in the .po and .mo file. For example these lines:
$out.= sp_text('On this panel, you may set your Global Options preferences.');
$tout.= '<p class="spProfileLabel">'.sp_text('Hide Online Status').':</p>';
$out.= '<input type="submit" class="spSubmit" name="formsubmit" value="'.sp_text('Update Global Options').'" />';
This should be changed in the core I think.
what should be changed in core?? changed to what?
are you saying those strings in the front end profile edit (not other locations) are not getting translated? which translation are you using?

just wanted to be sure you meant on the global options form AND ONLY the global options form... if a similar string is used elsewhere, it might be in different translation file... most of the front end strings are translated in the theme, not core... profile stuff is an exception...
will get with Andy (he is the localization expert of the two of us) and see what might be going on...

is that front-end really appended on the file?? not what you want to call it in your languages folder... should be sp-nl_NL.mo
will have to check our glotpress site and see if we messed up the slug in 5.2...

yup. was wrong on 5.2... have corrected the slug for front end (sp) and admin (spa)... so the filenames were wrong...
if you had not done it, in your forum-languages it should be sp-nl_NL.mo... not front-end-nl_NL.mo...
if you had already done that, will need more research with Andy as I mentioned...

yes, correct... I have corrected the downloads on glotpress for the right name... thanks for the heads up!
