Hi! my users told me that isn´t working, i teste by myself and when i click o declick "autosubscribe" options it returns me the error NULL ... just like when you post a topic or something...

can you elaborate on what you mean? not sure I understand the actions you are taking and what error you are seeing...

The suscription options aren´t working properly (on my forum)
When a user goes to his profile to select if auto subscribe or not to the topics they write/start and check the desired option, a "NULL" message appears o a window s after clicking on "update suscription options"

null??? not sure what that would mean - have never seen it as potential message... and unfortunately, cannot duplicate it on our test sites...
the options are translated, but I tried updating to same strings, but no issue (as expected, but needed to verify)...
so at a bit of a loss at the moment...
running sp 5.3.4? and subscriptions 1.3.4?

Yep is fully updated...
not sure if is a problem of my server... i migrated from one server to another some time ago...
The funny thing is that if try to change the options inside the BUDDYPRESS menu it works...
I tried several times... deactivanting and activating things... and no luck!

I am still trying to wrap my head around this as I am unsure what the null means...
can you look at the browser console when you do this and see what the responses are?

Is a month since I notified my problem.... no way to find a solution...
my users are getting ungry an me too....

Can you use the console as Steve asked? You need to be displaying XMLHttpRequests in the console when you try the update the settings and then look at the return message and find the 'response' tab to see what it says.
We can't do this without a user account to enable a profile form. If you would prefer us to take a look then please PM credentials to both myself and to 'Mr Papa'. Please include in the PM a link to your site, a link to this thread and brief reminder of the problem. And one of us will take a look for you.
