well, your last post was Oct 7 and now its Nov 8, so yeah a month gone by since you disappeared... hard to troubleshoot when you aren't there to provide info on a unique situation (no other such behavior reported)...  sorry, just not sure how we could help on your situation when you disappear...

for starters, yes, lets make that account an sp admin...  all the proper info seems to be getting passed in the http headers and ajax...   the form does have language characters in it - should be okay, but perhaps something missed there...

may need ftp access to actually debug the problem at the source... but let you know after admin access...

okay, I tried a few things with the form name and submission info to see if a translation issue was biting it, but doesnt seem so...

so the save is getting sent, but the json and ajax response are coming back null, which is quite odd and something I have not seen before...  That means something else is killing it before it completes or the responses are corrupted... I dont really see the latter and would expect something other than null in that case...  that kind of leaves its never returning...

none of the subscription options are working...  but other profile options are... 

I guess at this point, I would need ftp access to see if the save routine is actually getting called and/or reached and see where its bottoming out...

that just muddies the water even worse...  the code for saving is copy and paste of the profile save code...  of course the code getting to the save is different - hence my concern over the translation but didnt see issue there, but could still be...

so still back to ftp access...
