I have a low key forum where there isn’t a lot of posting going on. How do I subscribe to all topics.

Hi Robin!

There is no way to auto subscribe to topics or forums. But since you have a Pro License you could use the Push Notifications plugin. That way you have a few options that will notify you instantly.
