@yellow-swordfish, I will activate the plugin and leave it active, had disabled since in my platform of classes I have more than 100 students, with the active plugin, it is making the forum text box very difficult to work, especially for the students who need to edit some publication . I'm sorry, it's active now.

Could you please try deactivating the WishList Tags plugin and also deactivate whatever 'rocketscript' is? To see if this resolves it. Clear your browser cache before testing...

I've disabled all the plugins you mentioned, but everything stays the same.

Well as far as I can tell something appears to reloading a second copy of TinyMCE and it still looks like this rocketscript which is still being loaded despite to being disabled! I don't even know what it is.
I have this hunch it might also be responsible for the code loading error you are getting that I mentioned above.
