You most probably have a JavaScript conflict - your wp theme or another plugin - which needs to be fixed. This codex article explains what this means and what to look for:

At least this might explain why there was no follow up dialog box which is what should follow selecting the 'move' item from the forum tools menu. So a conflict is the most probable and the first thing to investigate.

Hello, I did what you said, I even put a java update, and all modules as I could, but nothing, some options work and others do not (like "edit the topic title, sort Pinned topics), but what we have in common?
