Hi... I upgraded to Silver several days ago and ever since, I've been getting daily emails with a link telling me to complete my registration.
I did this the day I bought the upgrade, but the notices continue. If I click the link and log in it tells me that I'm already registered at silver level.
Help?
I know this is going to sound awfully daft but I am not personally sure how to stop these. The problems are that (a) I do not think they should have been sent in the first place... (b) I am trying to work out why you have both a valid registered account AND a half-created but unfinished account.... and (c) how on earth one is supposed to get rid of one while retaining the other!
We use the membership plugin 'WishList Member' and I have to be honest and say I have almost given up trying to work out what it gets up to! But it does seem from time to time to do some crazy things.
Seriously - I will try and work out what is going on and try and close the half-created account down as soon as I understand how to do it without loss. Please bear with us on this...

According to the settings which I went all through - this email was to be sent once a day for three days which I have reduced. If you had more than that could you let me know?
What I do not see is a mechanism that says get rid of the orphaned 'incomplete registration' record while retaining the genuine one and these are all stored away with the same user login....
Basically i think we need to get some support from WishList...
