All was in order for users when registering, we have the image drag n drop and the math both working. As of now users are unable to register. No matter what I try and register with and click submit nothing seems to happen. I feel like there is some kind of error that should appear but nothing is showing. Trying to pinpoint whether it's the update to WP or SP has caused this.
I deactivated all captcha plugins and branding plugins to test and still not working. I've left them on now as is for your viewing.
If you could take a look, that would be much appreciated.

Hey Meredith,
I can't say I had any problem just now signing up, no errors, no problems. However, if you are having registration issues it's most likely going to be down to the WP update and whatever WP membership plugin you are using, as the registration process is entirely outside of SP.
The only thing I can suggest is that you make sure all other WP plugins are up to date, but as I said, appears to be working OK to me!
