Hi Team

I'm running 5.6.1, all plugins and CSS theme all up to date. But when anyone tries to add a topic I get a 500 Internal Server Error.

I've made no modifications, and this started happening before the Wordpress update to 4.4.1 so it's not that.

Please advise...plenty of unhappy customers!

Well - 500 Internal Server Errors are totally unfathomable. clearly something is amiss and that may or may not be Simple:Press related but the server gives no information when using the website as to the cause of a 500 error.

Most usually it will make some sort of report into the server error log so the first thing to do is to take a look at that. Usually available via your hosting control panel or - if all else fails - ask your hosting support to take a look and let you know what they find.

And if there is nothing in the error log the same route has to be taken I am afraid - your hosting support team.
