actually, its there...  look at the very top....  but your wp theme is covering it up..  it has an extremely greed z-index setting...

should be easy to make it show up...

are you running your own sp theme, a child sp theme or one of our stock ones?  if the latter, would recommend making a child theme...  see:  https://simple-press.com/docum.....ild-theme/

then in your child theme css file, add this:

.ui-dialog {
     z-index: 9999 !important;
}

should get it going...

please see the link I gave you... it tells you how to set up a child theme and create a single css file in that custom theme...  pick the child theme framework for the sp theme you are using.. file will be created, just add the line I gave you...
