Well - actually - good for you. I would have been disappointed if it had not been the case :)

So could you make me a screenshot and post it here? Go to the forum in question - click on Add Topic and when the editor opens perhaps take a small screenshot of the area underneath the editor. Let;s see what you DO get showing up...

Or - set up an account for me so I can take a look. If you prefer to go that way then Please PM credentials to both myself and to 'Mr Papa'. Please include in the PM a link to your site, a link to this thread and brief reminder of the problem. And one of us will take a look for you. Of course - the user set up would have to be able to create polls!

Crazy, okay, now when I check it the polls button IS showing AND seems to be working. Will fully test soon. Possibly the database hadn't updated the first time I tried it?!?

I can set you both up with accounts on the test site that I'm working on no problem at all. The polls does suddenly seem to be working though! Like I said all I can think is that it possibly took the database a little while to update because the first time after the uninstall and reactivation because the polls button was NOT showing.

Are you using any sort of cache plugin? If so you will need to exclude the forum from it...

There is a cache plugin and the forum IS excluded, also the cache plugin has been off, and still is off, so there is no way that could be the issue. I'll need to speak with our server guy. He may have it set to update/refresh at a slower rate than what I'm expecting.
