no please leave the js script debug stuff... oddly, lots of strange js stuff going on your site...
your theme or plugins are incorrectly loading jquery and jquery ui (at least)... older versions from googleapis is being loaded rather than the versions of jquery and jquery ui that ship with wp... when older versions are used than that from wp, conflicts can arise...

the theme might be loading one... it looks like jigoshop was loading the older jquery ui to me...
sorry, have not gone back and read whole topic... but have you tried to narrow it down?
try a temp switch to default wp theme and see if any better...
if not, disable other wp plugins and see if any better... if so, then renable one by one until things go bad... then we no more where to look...
