We are currently using version 5.2.6 of the forum plugin.
We wish all our forum members to be able to attach documents to any post on a thread.
Currently only one admin staff user is able to upload attachments. What do I need to change so that standard access members are able to do this too?
Is it to do with permission levels?

yes there is a permission to allow downloads... make sure its enabled for the forum/usergroup/permissions that you want..

I have the same issue, but my forum/usergroup/permissions doesn't have any setting for "Allow Downloads".

same issue? if you can upload files with the file uploader plugin, you must have that permission too...
