We disabled ALL Plugins this morning, but NONE of SimplePress issues were resolved. For example:
- Cannot Drag & Drop Order of Forums
- Nothing happens when we click BROWSE within the Custom Icons module
- Nothing happens when we click BROWSE within the Featured Image module
- Cannot Drag & Drop Profile Menu Order
- Nothing happens when we click BROWSE within the Avatar Pool Browser
Happy to provide Temporary Admin Access if you wish, as we're gearing up to open the doors our New Forums soon and need to resolve these issues first.

That would probably be the best thing to do next. So...
Please PM credentials to both myself, to 'Mr Papa' and to 'Ike'. Please include in the PM a link to your site, a link to this thread and brief reminder of the problem. And one of us will take a look for you.
In this case you will need to make the account an SP Admin so that we can check out the forum admin pages.

First thought is that this may have something to do with Cloudflare although I have nothing to back that idea up so far.
Can I go back to a question I asked earlier in this thread. Can we find out what is causing this constant websockets error and turn it off? It is being repeatedly called over and over again and it would be useful to get rid of it. I have no idea which plugin (or theme) is making this call... But it is never, it seems, going to work.

Appreciate your responsiveness here. Just relayed your comments to our Server Admin whom is now researching the websockets issue. He believes it's a theme issue as well. Will update you as soon as he responds.

Update from our Server Admin:
- Removed all Plugins (Issue Not Resolved)
- Removed our existing Theme (Issue Not Resolved)
- Turned Cloudflare Off (Issue Not Resolved)
Next steps/any ideas here?

Server Admin also wanted us to relay to you the following: "I notice also, that the issue does not make an entry in the SImplePress or the WordPress error logs. Is it possible that the code being used is maybe causing issues with some web browsers?"

It wouldn't leave an error in the php error logs because it is not a php problem as I already said. This is a JavaScript issue of some sort. And no - SP runs in all major browsers.
So - what about the websockets error? has that been removed? I can't check at the moment as the credentials you supplied no longer appear to allow access to the wp admin.
