Photo upload is ony visible on my admin page but not for other users

I have been told by my users that they cannot see the picture upload button, however i can see it through my admin page.Is there a way to fix this? Thank you

I do not really understand what you mean by 'see it through my admin page' but... if your users can not see the attachments button on posts then you probably have not turned on the permissions for them to do so. Visit the Manage Permissions section of the forum admin and edit each permission set you are using for which you wish users to upload - and check that the required permissions are turned on.
