Hi there,
I'm having trouble using private messages on mobile.
The "submit" button isn't appearing.
Here's a screenshot:
This happens on my actual iPhone, and using Chromes device simulator (which is where I took the screenshot from).
It also doesn't make a difference if I toggle "Enable mobile theme support" on or off, it gives the same result.
Can you please advise? and/or let me know if there's any further info I can provide to help diagnose this issue?

I guess the first thing we should do is simply check that the icon is really there on your server.
If you load the compose form in the Chrome simulator and use the browser console - if you then select the element where the save button should be are you seeing any evidence that the button is trying to be displayed?
Actually - does not the console inform you (under 'info' or 'warnings' perhaps - if the call for the icon is getting a 404?

Re evidence, there is some code there in the html which I'll paste below:

There's also this when I'm hovering over the button code in inspector:
There don't appear to be any warnings or errors in the chrome inspector.
Could it be just a case of missing icon file? if so, how can I check please?

Wow! Looks like this icon was completely missed out and how that happened I really can not begin to fathom.
i can work that this evening - rebuild the font glyph file to include this. I can send you the files if you are in a hurry but we will get an update out ASAP in any case.
