It looks like your support plan only includes forum support. We used to have three support levels – Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Platinum level plan includes a service where we’d log into your site to try to do some hands-on troubleshooting (within reason). The Silver and Gold plans do not. It looks like you purchased the gold plan so it does not include the private ticket support and hands-on troubleshooting options.
