interesting... makes sense since something was messing with the json ajax response from jquery ui autocomplete...

but thought earlier you had said it didnt work with plugins disabled but did work with theme change... but maybe I am confusing issues..

none the less, great news! with this solved and the vanishing forums solved, seems you are go to go for launch. good luck!
