No plugins menu to be found..
Which sub-section would it be found under? I have:

it would be its own section... are you the sp admin you upgraded to or installed 5.0? if not, you may need to go to forum - admins - manage admins and add the manage plugins and manage themes capability to your user...

AH HA !!! That was the problem.. resolved now.. thank you.. for some reason I had full admin priveledges just not those two.
