I'm sorry but let;s get this straight. IF they are loading jQuery and jQuery UI from the google CDN - AND they are loading old, unsupported copies AND loading them when they are already loaded then they are NOT using the WP API OR WP standards.

WP have recently stated that any plugins that do not use the WP API and WP supplied versions to load scripts will no longer be accepted in the plugin repository.

I know nothing about this and do not want to argue in vain. but I downloaded the plugin Jigoshop from  the repository WP and it is regularly updated.

People of support Jigoshop said:

" Simple:Press- partially non-compatible with Jigoshop : in order that this plugin works with Jigoshope, deactivate the following Simple:Press plugin option: 'spam detection' > off

Tell me, where is this option, I can not find it.

Yellow Swordfish, please, tell directly, can you  help me fix the code and not to break the work template and shop?  Or should I abandon the Simple Press?

its not an option... its a permission... so forum - permissions - manage permissions...  and that is a bit outdated as its called 'Can bypass the post math question' now..

also do you actually use jigoshop js on the forum page?  is it needed? or does it simply load its stuff on every page needed or not?

if so, you might try a wp plugin called plugin organizer which can keep plugins from loading its unused resources on pages when not needed...
