If the Who's Online plugin is not activated should it still be showing who is/isn't online in the left column (default theme) IE, spPostIndexUserStatus ?

On this site http://vulkanocommunity.com/fo.....tch/#p8943

the plugin is not activated but the icon/info still shows up.
