wow. maybe better to paste your question in your language and let us see if we can translate it... sorry, just not following...
if you having issues with tinymce or other js, likely because your theme is doing improper things and loading a very, very old version of jquery with:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://filmizlettir.com/wp-content/themes/ali/js/jquery-1.2.6.js">
then when wp loads its own, much more recent version of jquery (1.7.1) you get conflicts...
additionally, please make sure your wp theme has the proper wp_footer() call in the page footer...
