PayPal payment processed correctly but shows FAILED here

I've quite possibly paid twice for the Reboot theme, only because I didn't notice the PayPal message on the first payment. I went through it again and PayPal said I had sent the funds to SimplePress successfully, but then I got the same FAILED message here. I have no idea what's going on.

I do see what appears to be two transctions... One show complete but other failed... I resent the receipt for the successful one...
I went ahead and refunded the duplicate transction...
