I believe I did answer earlier and suggested that you start a support topic in the forums so we can look at the problem and get it resolved.

 

From you images it looks like two things,. one is probably an option setting in the WP integration panel and the other may be a script conflict which, most usually, is able to be fixed.

 

If you would open a topic on the issues and include a link to your forum page then we can almost certainly diagnose what needs to be done. This is, after all, whet taking out membership is for.
