so lets take this one at a time...  in your email you referred to a z-index issue...  yes, your wp theme is overriding our z-index set for dialog popups... so you have to adjust it...

so you need to edit the sp theme you are using...  as always, we recommend you make a child theme or a custom theme rather than editing ours so changes are not lost on updates...  we have free child theme starters available for download...

assuming you created a child theme, you would edit the css file for the child theme and add this css:

.ui-dialog {
   z-index: 9999 !important;
}

and it will fix your wp theme overwriting our styles..

I think you are not understanding...  nobody is asking you to use a free theme...  you will still use reboot as the parent theme...  just the free child theme so you can make changes to the parent without overwriting the parent theme...and then the parent theme can continue to get updates...

did you read the article I linked to on child themes?   you just grab the reboot child, add the lines I gave you, activate the child theme and it will fix your wp theme overwriting our styles...

hacking? not hardly...  tweaking css to get around the wp theme overriding our css is not hacking...  creating a child theme for customizations is not hacking...  we would not be the most popular forum for wp if these customizations were not possible...

and you did not pay for the forum - it is free for download...

you paid for membership support and addons...  we have been providing support, but you have to chosen thus far to not implement our suggestions....  actually, you did stop caching the wp page the forum is on which corrected that plugin corrupting our display and fixed your initial issue... 

remember, we are a plugin for WordPress and display with in its constructs... as we display on a standard wp page, the wp theme you choose also gives us constructs we have to deal with...
