Thinking of making a simple landing page with a quick explainer video for my simple press forum....
Wondering if I can add a new member sign up form on landing page? Possibly redirecting them to website.com/forum page after signup? Or just add a nice pick link to forum page...thank you for any input....
we use the thememylogin plugin, you can set up a registration, lost password and login/logout page with it, you can then specify where different user classes are directed to after they log in, very simple to set up and use
to carry kvr28's thoughts a bit further... the forum does not have its own login form or page... we simply use the wp login form... you may see it displayed (like here) inline in the forum, but its really just the wp login form... nothing more...
so any plugin, like what kvr28 mentions can be used to add the login form to your landing page...
