Any recommendations here for a social login plugin for wordpress ? I went through the other thread here giving recommendation for loginradius, but as with the case with most of these social login plugins, they are either in beta and these people make people believe that it will be free forever ,which they are not because they switch to paid after sometime.
Secondly, will I have access to the user's email address if i they have a social login ?

Are you aware that SP does come with built in support for the Janrain/RPX web service? That has worked well for us in the past and many of our users also make use of it. You can find out more on the forum admin > components > login and registration panel.
On the second question the answer is yes but there are one or two that do not pass emails. FaceBook I believe is one of them although someone else will need to confirm that as I don't use FaceBook - maybe the only person in the world with a computer who thinks it's the one of the worse bits of software ever written!

Thanks for the recommendation Andy.Appreciate the quick response. RPX seems to be good though I am still not sure that whether they charge any money or restrict some features so that the user become a paid subscriber.
Secondly, anyone who has any experience with SFC ? It seems to have the highest number of download for social login plugins. Also if i install this plugin on my website, would the users be able to use facebook to post on the forums. I guess they won't be but still wanna check out

I don't believe there are any charges for the Janrain/RPX web service. I know we have never had to pay any and were using it until recently here.
You may need others to advise on SFC. But I do know there are one or two out there that are not that happy living beside SP as we have had forum reports - but I honestly cant remember which ones. But - you can try them as I doubt they would do any damage as such.
