actually, Andy started playing with it before me! priority right now is getting 5.0.5 out this weekend... and populating the codex with some more api info... but its high on the list as I said...
initial plugin will probably support replying to admin notifications and subscription notifications via email...

Starting the new topic is really essential....a couple of my clients just absolutely need that....and will not give us a go ahead without it.....is there any way we can expedite this? If you can advise on what needs to be done, I can have my developers take care of some of the coding. Let me know.

The initial functionality - replying to admin and subscription notices - is in testing now... I definitely want to add starting new topics and replying to existing topics too... we have not centered up yet on what kind of UI/api will properly support that yet... but will be looking into it once we have the basic functionality in place... cant make any promises, but we are considering...

OfflineThanks for your reply. I would be willing to help with testing any new functionality within the forum. I am really stressing on the Post via Email feature as my client wants the forum delivered within the next 2-3 weeks. My hope is that once the reply to admin/subscription notice is implemented, creating & responding to topics via email should not be a big deal. Let me know how I can help.
