Sorry to keep asking questions but I am trying to it work out and looking into the code.
You said above that you did NOT tick the box to import the users but I see that is says 1002 users were imported... This is puzzling me at the moment.

I decide to reinstall it for best discussion :
after SP instal i got:http://prntscr.com/1mvel (it is in russian lang, sorry)
and i have 1001 users as SP-forum writes in a footer
When i start import http://imm.io/4lnP
and got the result: http://prntscr.com/1mvks

One more problem. WordPress User capabilities was reseted. So i was Admin and now i'm subscriber 🙁
I renamed the table usermeta and upload it from backup, and now i'm admin of wordpress but not the admin of SP
it's strange.. on forum page i see in footer that i am the Admin of SP, but in /wp-admin page i'm not admin of SP
in sfmembers user with my user id has in column "admin" a number 1... all other user has 0
