Guess what? I looked at the html and it was generating the appropriate links but user, guest and admin default images were not in the forum avatars folder. Doh! I am sure that they were there before so I had better keep an eye on that, I certainly didn't delete them.

Anyway I now have perfect behaviour for the member list when logged in as a member or moderator but I had a couple of entries in the unknown list when logged in as admin. I have cleaned them out of the database and all appears well for the moment.

Sounds like a great honeymoon that Steve, me and the wife are planning to have 4 weeks in Australia for my 50th which is 4.5 years away! Dunno about you but I'd better start saving now [Image Can Not Be Found]

saving? oh yeah!

is the forum avatars the same as in 4.4.5? at one point you were asked if you wanted to convert the old locations to the new 5.0 locations so not sure how you responded there.. and if you copied from live server, possible you just missed them... under no circumstances to we delete them (just move in the upgrade if asked)

Lee says he is still missing the default avatar images with no html markup, so need to see what is up there...

Sorry to resurrect this one.

When I view the members list as an admin - perfect

When I view the members list as a member - perfect

When I view the members list as a mod - no members section! The admin memberships show correctly as does the moderators but there is no members list.

If that was so how would a mod be able to see the admins?

In that case I'd better have a look. I might not be able to save the change though.

'Limit membership lists to usergroups the user has membership in:' = big red blob besides surely that would mean that ordinary members would not be able to see the mods in that list wouldn't it? Ordinary members can see admin, members and mods sorry if I didn't make that clear.
