Hi, I’m translating italian language, I traslate 9 page and appear in wainting…who convalidate?

Hey guys, me again. 

Made a full russian translation, but not inside the project but in downloaded .PO and . MO files. Gonna upload them here as soon as im finished with all plugins.

Question 1 – how is it better to make? Just put a RAR archive here here or in some specific way ?

Qestion 2 – spwo (Whos Online Plugin) – dunno why but the translation is not active. I mean i upload the translated MO and Po files to the FTP and it does nit take any effect. Whats wrong ?

Tried to rename it  from spwo.mo to sp-wo.mo, beacuse most of the files are named like this: sp-pluginshorname but still no effect.

Same story with the sp-repport (repport post plugin).

Strange is that in the online translation there are like 3 pages of content while in PO file only 23 rows 

Provato, if the language does not have a volunteer validator, the translations just wait..  We dont understand the language so we cannot approve – no telling what the translations might be made to say…

If you would like to be a validator for the Italian language, just let us know and we can add you…

Wolf, you only want to export the .mo file…  then you need to put it in the proper location on your server… its different for core, theme or plugin… and you need to make sure you have the language define in your wp-config.php…

what specifically does not work?

Yestrday i have downloaded all *.mo and *.po files for russian language and made some translation. More comfortable for me to work this way so a can instantly test my own trnslation.

that rar file does us no good…

and as we have repeated, you only need the .mo files…  and you must put the .mo files in the right spot…

where are you uploading these?  and what are the file names you are uploading?

Made some changes in following files:

spOnlineView

sp-online-install 

sp-online-components

sp-online-activity-tag

changed some data named spow on spwo. All ok no with spwo-ru_RU.mo (Who’s Online)

File Uploader (using Plupload) Plugin – some elements are intranslatable

well, most of these have been corrected in the push of plugin updates for localization this afternoon – including the upload attachments one…

must admit that the last group you mention remains untranslated… we are going to figure out how to deal with those… they are embedded in the file uploader library we use…  more to come…

Found one more minor bug in the Watches plugin demonstration in attachment (Plugin fully translated)

P.S. where shuld i write an e-mail to become a validator on glotpress ? I will just there all the translations i made and tested and validate them
